Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Act as a point of contact for staff, providing guidance on HR policies and best practices.
- Support conflict resolution and address employee concerns with professionalism.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Sustains Human Resources initiatives at the properties.
- Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions for staff development.
- Identify training needs and support career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Support the performance review process, providing guidance on goal-setting and feedback.
- Monitor and track employee progress and development plans.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Good communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
