As a growing brand, we are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven Ambitious Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategy, increase brand awareness, and accelerate our growth.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager for SEA+ SOLU will lead our marketing efforts, ensuring our brand grows across all channels, including CRM, Social, Influencers/Community, and PR.

The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be a self-starter, and, of course, have a passion for hair care. You will be a results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to achieve desired objectives.

You will be able to clearly demonstrate how you have scaled a brand to drive new and repeat customer acquisition across key marketing channels. You will possess both strategic and creative thinking abilities.

This role will involve working within a small but highly skilled team, reporting directly to a Fractional Marketing Director and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing (Klaviyo):

Lead all email marketing initiatives, including customer acquisition, segmentation, campaign creation, flows, and A/B testing.
Drive retention, conversion, and repeat purchase through well-executed automated email flows and campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue) to improve results.

2. Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
Oversee content planning & posting with a focus on traffic driving & community and engagement building tactics.
Build & lead our TikTok Shop Creators programme and content strategy.
Have your finger on the pulse of hair care & culture trends to drive our content to reach new and relevant audiences.

3. Influencer Campaigns & Content Creation:

Identify and manage influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality content.
Identify and manage UGC creators from brief to content sign-off for an always-on content strategy.

4. PR and Communications:

Craft compelling press releases and unlock earned coverage across key Irish Press.
Bring & build strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers that will continually support the brand.
Event ideation, coordination, and execution

5. Strategic Growth:

Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through data-driven campaigns.
Analyse key metrics across all marketing channels and report performance.
Identify new opportunities for brand partnerships, market growth, and audience expansion.

6. Reporting:

Manage weekly & quarterly reporting for key marketing channels to senior stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

● Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar marketing leadership role, ideally in beauty, personal care, or consumer goods industries.

● Strong expertise in Klaviyo for email marketing, including flows and campaign setup.

● An expert in social media, influencer marketing and building content strategies.

● Experience managing PR campaigns and securing media coverage.

● Exceptional communication and project management skills.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

● Creative thinker with a passion for building authentic, customer-centric brands.

● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
