Key Responsibilities :-

Talent Acquisition:-

Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
Responsible for Manpower Planning of the Regional Office
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
Understanding the requirements and source relevant candidates from Job Portal, LinkedIn, Networking, Maintaining candidate database & Keeping a track on selected candidates joining date
Managing Data in SAP or other tools.

HR Business Partnering:-

The incumbent will partner to play a key role in HR Business Partnering & Talent Management.
Support in driving the initiative of organizational development initiatives like Performance Management, 360-degree feedback, IJPs , internal movements.
Support in driving the Culture building exercise at KIA and working on key issues like employee engagement & retention.
Support with Regional Office Expansion plans .
Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Required Qualification - Full time MBA or PGDM in relevant field
