About the role

Accountable for full spectrum of compensation and benefit administration, staffing and employees’ relations matters in Hong Kong and APAC countries
Assist Manager to formulate and review HRM strategy, policies and practices to cope with business needs
Constantly review the operational process to improve the efficiency.
Collaborate with IT in HRIS implementation and enhancement, including UAT, specification definition and system interface setting
Ensure data accuracy in global and local HRIS
Participate ad hoc HR projects and support global initiatives implementation / deployment
Compile report analysis for management review and identify improvement actions, if necessary

What you will need

Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
Minimum 6 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in multi-cultural environment / sizable organization. With hands-on experience in APAC countries would be an advantage
Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other HRM related regulations
Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadline with quality deliverables
Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
Mature, self-motivated, proactive and innovative
Well organized and attention to details with strong numeric sensitivity
Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel
