A leading European Luxury Company with extensive worldwide network are looking for a Regional Senior HR Manager, Asia Pacific to join their team.

The Job:

Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions in Asia with focuses on Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management and Staff Relations of retail staff
Participate in various HR projects such as employee engagement exercises, management trainee program, etc
Assist in implementing and reviewing comprehensive compensation and benefit programs
Plan and execute staff relation activities and strengthen communications between retail staff and the company
Conduct staff orientation and exit interview

The Candidate:

Degree holder in Human Resources or other Business Administration related disciplines
8 -10 years or above related working experience preferably gained in multinationals companies or in the luxury retail industry
Task-oriented, attentive to details, independent, flexible and self-driven
Proficiency in MS applications
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
