What you will be responsible for:

Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and offboarding.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring the delivery of top-notch HR services.
Collaborate with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and managers.
Lead the onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively, ensuring they are well equipped for success. Manage offboarding with a focus on smooth transitions and knowledge transfer.
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee the performance review process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and career development.
Ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with business needs.
Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labour laws in India.
Develop and implement HR policies that reflect best practices and ensure consistency while adapting to local legal requirements.
Partner with internal teams to support employee development initiatives, including training, career planning, and leadership development.
Manage and optimize HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, payroll processing, and reporting.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, support diversity and inclusion efforts, and contribute to a thriving company culture across diverse markets.
Track and analyze HR metrics to monitor employee turnover, engagement, and other key indicators, providing insights for decision-making.

What are the requirements of the role:

You are a highly organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5+ years of experience in a similar HR or People Operations role.
Deep understanding of labour laws and HR best practices in India
Proven experience in managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
