What You’ll Do:

Support day-to-day HR operations.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires.
Use BambooHR to maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and provide data-driven insights.
Collaborate with managers to implement policies that foster a positive workplace culture.
Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement and development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a focus on generalist and recruitment responsibilities.
Experience with BambooHR or similar HR software is required.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High degree of integrity with the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for people and teamwork.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
