The ideal candidate will have experience in areas related to the human resources field and Tech environment.

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of non exempt employees, Trust & Safety, content moderation, HR practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle complex HR issues independently.

Candidates should work closely with management and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Partner with Leaders and Management
Support employees (Full time and Non Exempt) and Interact with Contractors
Instrumental in implementing HR Strategies
Be a Strategic Partner: Employee Management, Guide supervisors and Leaders in HR Matters.
Provide Day to Day support to Employees and Managers ( Assessing, anticipating in people's needs, conflict resolution, grievances, answer queries...)
Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
Onboard new employees, promote employees engagement and a positive work culture.
Assist in Employee Surveys -Process, data gathering, analysis and feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
Experience in Trust and Safety or Content moderation is a must.
