Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team of 5 in India and the UK. Reporting to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in driving new customer growth through innovative and effective paid marketing strategies across our core territories. This role requires a blend of both hands-on skill and strategic & creative thinking as well as expertise in ensuring campaigns are locally nuanced and globally impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Ownership: Design, execute & optimise paid digital campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive acquisition for both web and app platforms
Growth Strategy: Develop & implement experiments to uncover new growth levers, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign performance
Data-driven Decision Making & Analysis: Extract, analyse, and interpret campaign data to identify trends, derive insights, and report internally
Creative Planning: Collaborate with internal & external teams to develop creative assets informed by customer insights, industry best practices and identified testing requirements
Agency Management: Oversee external agencies to ensure they deliver results aligned with strategic goals, fostering strong partnerships & focusing on constant growth
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships across teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with company objectives
International Outlook: Plan & run campaigns with deep consideration of regional and country-specific requirements; balancing global strategy with local activation needs

Requirements

We'd like to hear from you if you have:

Minimum of 5 years experience of hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns for a consumer brand operating across multiple countries & languages
Strong expertise in managing paid digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, etc.) for both web and app campaigns
Proven track record of managing activity to KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and revenue goals with a demonstrated history of driving profitable results at scale
Experience with growth experimentation, and a/b testing
Strong analytical skills & a data-driven mindset; comfortable working with large datasets to create actionable insights
Interest in using customer knowledge to inform and enhance creative development & audience planning
A proactive, agile thinker with a growth mindset
Proven ability to manage agencies effectively, holding them accountable for delivering results
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders strategically
Familiarity with digital creative best practices and an ability to plan proactively for content needs
Ability to commute to the office (a We-Work location in Central London) a few times a month

Work Schedule and Patterns:

9-hour shift (8 working hours)
Monday to Friday
Hybrid Role, London Based
