Premier financial services firm located in El Segundo seeks a rockstar Human Resources Generalist. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, team-oriented group of professionals.

The HR Generalist will take charge of Human Resources for the firm. Duties include, but aren’t limited to:

Managing employee relations
Overseeing benefits administration
Maintaining the onboarding process
Facilitating people operations
Implementing policies and procedures
Monitoring and ensuring compliance
Ensuring a positive employee experience
Helping with recruiting and other HR tasks as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of Human Resources experience
Strong comprehension of employment laws and regulations
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Background in professional services is a huge plus!
