As one of Finland's fastest-growing companies, we have numerous open positions to fill. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team in Helsinki and lead our global recruitment efforts, reporting directly to our Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the candidate screening process for global positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience
Review applications, assess CVs, and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
Proactively reach out to potential candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure effective candidate shortlisting
Support the development of employer branding strategies to enhance our visibility as an employer of choice
Attend university recruitment events to connect with prospective candidates and promote the Voysey Brands culture in Finland

Requirements

Strong presentation and communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for candidates and represent our company
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks efficiently
Fluency in English
