As one of Finland's fastest-growing companies, we have numerous open positions to fill. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team in Helsinki and lead our global recruitment efforts, reporting directly to our Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the candidate screening process for global positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience
- Review applications, assess CVs, and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure effective candidate shortlisting
- Support the development of employer branding strategies to enhance our visibility as an employer of choice
- Attend university recruitment events to connect with prospective candidates and promote the Voysey Brands culture in Finland
Requirements
- Strong presentation and communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for candidates and represent our company
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English
