Head of Talent Acquisition

Role responsibilities:

Develops and executes effective talent acquisition strategies for leadership positions across the organization
Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding
Partners with senior leadership to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR teams of the subsidiaries, and external recruitment agencies
Utilizes internal and external talent insights to identify and understand market trends
Champions diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process
Ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
Master's degree in Human Resource Management
10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
Proven experience in talent acquisition and evaluation
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
