Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Talent Acquisition: Source, interview and onboard top talent to strengthen our team.
Employee Success: Set the team up for success from onboarding through career development, creating an environment where employees can thrive.
Payroll & Administration: Handle payroll, hardware setup and some admin tasks to support smooth operations.
Culture & Events: Drive our team culture through creative events, team-building activities, and initiatives that inspire and connect.

Your profile

Experience: 3+ years in HR management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Language Skills: Native-level German and fluent English.

Location: Based in Berlin.

Knowledge: Must have solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Skills: Experience in business administration or para-legal roles is a plus.

Proactive & Execution-Oriented: You get things done to a high excellence and can move projects forward independently.

Organised & Detail-Focused: Your structured approach and prioritisation skills ensure smooth processes and clear planning.

Adaptable & Resilient: You’re comfortable navigating the challenges and fast pace of a startup environment.

Clear Communicator: Your communication is concise and effective in both German and English.
