Responsibilities

Work closely with the HR team to plan a calendar of employee engagement activities, such as team-building exercises, holiday parties, and wellness programs
Develop promotional materials for events, including email invitations, posters, and announcements on the company intranet or social media platforms.
Set up equipment, welcome attendees, facilitate activities, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event.
Collect feedback from participants, prepare thank-you notes or follow-up communications, and assist in evaluating the success of the event for future planning by using statistical tools (Excel)
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing the findings from the data analysis
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and propose initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction based on the analyzed data.
Assist in the implementation of proposed initiatives, tracking their progress, and evaluating their impact on employee satisfaction and engagement.
