Working hours: Monday - Friday, flexible hours (Not required to work on weekends)

Recruitment Duties (Main)

Actively source, screen, and engage potential candidates for financial planning roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring candidates are well-prepared and informed.
Follow up with candidates post-interview to confirm attendance and maintain engagement.

Marketing Development (Optional)

Brainstorm and implement marketing strategies to attract more candidates.
Explore creative ways to promote opportunities through social media, digital ads, or other channels
