Working hours: Monday - Friday, flexible hours (Not required to work on weekends)

Recruitment Duties (Main)
- Actively source, screen, and engage potential candidates for financial planning roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring candidates are well-prepared and informed.
- Follow up with candidates post-interview to confirm attendance and maintain engagement.
Marketing Development (Optional)
- Brainstorm and implement marketing strategies to attract more candidates.
- Explore creative ways to promote opportunities through social media, digital ads, or other channels
