Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the recruitment and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is looking for a dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. This role requires a leader who can bring fresh market insights and strategic expertise to drive the company’s ambitious objectives for sustainable growth and innovation in a competitive landscape.

Main responsibilities:

Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies that align with the organization’s growth objectives and overall vision;
Collaborate closely with Executive Leadership Team and key Stakeholders to understand hiring needs, ensuring recruitment strategies;
Partner with HR, business leaders, and hiring managers to create a seamless and efficient recruitment experience across departments;
Optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, improve candidate experience, and reduce time-to-fill metrics;
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future needs, proactively sourcing different candidates across multiple channels;
Strengthen employer branding initiatives;
Establish and monitor KPI metrics and performance analysis to ensure objectives are met and drive continuous improvement;
Drive change management initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
