This role requires a leader who can bring fresh market insights and strategic expertise to drive the company’s ambitious objectives for sustainable growth and innovation in a competitive landscape.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies that align with the organization’s growth objectives and overall vision;
- Collaborate closely with Executive Leadership Team and key Stakeholders to understand hiring needs, ensuring recruitment strategies;
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and hiring managers to create a seamless and efficient recruitment experience across departments;
- Optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, improve candidate experience, and reduce time-to-fill metrics;
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future needs, proactively sourcing different candidates across multiple channels;
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives;
- Establish and monitor KPI metrics and performance analysis to ensure objectives are met and drive continuous improvement;
- Drive change management initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
