Job Duties

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and emerging trends
Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Expertise in candidate sourcing and attraction strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a recruitment team
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
Candidate must be based in Sri Lanka
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Exposure in the IT/ITES industries is an added advantage
In-depth understanding of the full talent acquisition life cycle, from candidate sourcing & attraction to on boarding.
Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and HR software (a plus)
Proficient in recruitment software & application tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
