We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and work with management to ensure a positive work environment.
Onboarding and Orientation: Develop and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure they feel welcomed and well-integrated into the company culture.
Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, respond to employee inquiries regarding health, retirement, and other benefits, and support the annual open enrollment process.
Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal processes, provide support on performance issues, and maintain records of evaluations and improvement plans.
Compliance and Policy Administration: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; help maintain and update employee handbooks and HR policies.
HR Reporting and Metrics: Track and report HR metrics, such as turnover, recruitment timelines, and employee engagement; provide insights to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, including personal information, job changes, and payroll updates.
Training and Development: Support training initiatives by coordinating sessions, tracking employee participation, and ensuring continuous learning opportunities.
Special Projects: Participate in HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, wellness programs, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required); HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
2-4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR generalist or specialist.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices, including employment law and compliance.
Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive approach to improving HR processes and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
