Responsibilities:

Handle full spectrum of Learning & Development for sales team or other related functions, including in-house training and seminars, external training classes and staff engagement activities
Identify training needs, formulate schedule and implement learning & development program to meet the business need and staff’s development goals
Maintain e-learning and performance management platform, prepare reports and statistics
Prepare, update and review training materials including video editing for different training classes in accordance with various requirements & purpose
Record, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of each training program
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Business, Human Resources, Training and Development or related disciplines
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in designing and delivering training programs, candidate with FMCG, F&B or retail background is an advantage
Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated with good organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge in video shooting/ editing
Proactive, detail minded and good problem-solving skill
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing is a must
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
