Job Description:

Manage the full employment pass documentation and process to ensure a fair hiring process
Reviewing of employment pass policy as well as conducting training for relevant stakeholder
Arranging and coordinating interviews
Work closely with recruiters to manage relevant stakeholders
Undertake global HR projects and new initiatives such as employer branding to acquire suitable talents for the organization
Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements:

Bachelor's or higher degree
Fresh grads welcome to apply
Good experience and understanding of the employment pass process and requirements
Good understanding of the tech recruitment market
Independent and creative thinker
Strong sense of responsibility
Quick learner with a positive working attitude
Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
