Job Description

Support the entire recruitment process from job advertisement posting to employment contract preparation and on-boarding formalities.
Establish and maintain a long-term relationship with educational institutions. Co-ordinate with educational institutions and internal stakeholders for recruitment events like career talks, career fairs and other related activities.
Keep abreast of latest recruitment sources and channels for reaching out the targeted talents.
Prepare various HR/TA reports and perform TA administration duties.
Perform ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of in-house recruitment experience
Experience and knowledge of the Engineering or Technical sectors would be an advantage.
Strong relationship management and good communication skills
Proactive, attention to details, willing to learn and be a team player.
Ability to record and present data accurately and with impact. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
