Talent Acquisition Officer (M/F)

Activities

In order to help our team out, you will:

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate media
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media,...
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, hard skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” !

Required profile

Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or General Management.
6 months' recruiting experience (selection processes, interviews,...)
Strong decision-making skills
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent level of English
French or Cantonese is a plus
