This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR professional with a strong background in fast-paced hotel environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with our company values.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all HR functions across both properties, ensuring consistency in policies and procedures
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Ensure compliance with employment laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies
Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs
Provide HR guidance to senior management and department heads
Handle payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting
Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in busy hotel operations
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience managing HR for multiple sites or properties is a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
