Morgan Philips Executive Search is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding for a Multinational Company based in Barcelona.
The TA & EB Manager will lead and manage end-to-end TA, developing recruitment and EB strategies, and driving process excellence.
Working alongside the Head of HR / HRBP they will leverage recruitment best practices and processes within their local market.
The Senior Talent Acquisition will ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing strategy for recruitment to meet business needs and working on recruitment processes to streamline and integrate technology where relevant
- Process optimization, planning and tools
- Working with business partners to ensure TA priorities remain aligned with corporate needs
- Working with TA resource to ensure clear recruitment planning and processes in place (inc. onboarding)
- Working with wider talent team to build out Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding, building brand awareness in the market and inside the company.
- Conducting interviews for senior HQ roles and assess outcomes
Profile
- University Degree required (Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or others). Postgraduate training in Human Resources is desirable.
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish & English (C1)
- 7+ years’ end-to-end recruitment experience in industries or sectors with high volume of recruitment processes.
- Experience in Employer Branding implementation strategies.
- Experience working with ATS systems and Workday (will be a plus).
- Experience in using and analyzing data from external and internal sources.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, other social media platforms and industry networks to connect with hard-to-reach candidates across various departments.
