Position Summary
Chetu seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent to support our company’s growth and workforce needs. This role oversees the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate closely with department heads, and play a vital role in employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the recruiting process from job posting through offer acceptance and initial onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and guide hiring practices.
- Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines: Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Enhance Employer Brand: Promote the company's culture and brand through social media, recruitment events, and partnerships with educational institutions and industry groups.
- Lead and Mentor Recruiting Team: Provide guidance, training, and support to the recruiting team to ensure effective recruiting practices and professional development.
- Analyze and Report Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies during all stages of hiring.
- Manage External Recruitment Partners: Collaborate with external recruiters, staffing agencies, and other partners as needed.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to travel as needed for recruitment events or university career fairs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
- Proficiency in using ATS and HR software.
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
