Position Overview

The Regional HR Manager oversees human resources operations across multiple locations within a designated region. This role ensures consistent implementation of HR policies, supports workforce planning, and fosters a productive and positive work environment. The Regional HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to management and a trusted advisor to employees.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy and Planning Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development.
Monitor regional HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.

Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure consistent application of company policies and labor laws.

Recruitment and Onboarding Oversee regional recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Performance Management Implement performance review systems and support employee development.
Guide managers in setting goals and providing constructive feedback.

Compliance and Policies Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Maintain updated knowledge of employment regulations within the region.
Oversee workplace safety and health standards.

Training and Development Identify training needs and implement development programs.
Support leadership training and succession planning initiatives.

HR Administration Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records in collaboration with the HR team.
Oversee reporting and data management to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management, with regional or multi-site responsibilities preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HR software and data analysis.
