Qualifications:

- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
