Key tasks & responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers, while fostering a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs, providing expert guidance on HR strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Compliance and Labour Laws: Make sure we are compliant with UK employment legislation, keeping up to date on any new developments that may impact our hiring plans.
- Performance Management: Guide leaders on creating performance-driven environments, identifying and developing high-potential employees to meet future organizational needs.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture, making our organization a place where people are inspired to perform their best. This includes project leading social activities across the UK.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use HR analytics to inform and improve recruitment processes, workforce strategies, and engagement initiatives.
- Cultural Ambassador: Organize social activities together with other members of the People team that enhance team connection and embody our core values—Trust, Respect, Adaptability, and Commitment.
What would make you stand out as our ideal candidate?
- You have at least 5 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or People/HR Business Partner within a fast-paced organizations.
- Talent Expert: Your deep understanding of recruitment best practices enables you to attract, assess, and retain top talent using cutting-edge methods. You have a proven track record of leading successful recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Strategic Insight: You’re adept at translating business objectives into actionable people strategies, influencing leadership with your forward-thinking approach.
- Influential Communicator: You excel in building relationships at all levels and can deliver messages clearly and persuasively.
- Analytically Minded: You rely on data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve HR outcomes.
