As the Head of US Talent Management, you will be the strategic leader overseeing our US talent division. You’ll develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and elevate top-tier talent across various digital talent. This is a senior role requiring exceptional commercial skills, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for empowering talent to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for the US Talent Management division, aligning with global company goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and onboard high-potential and high-profile talent, securing long-term partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Client Retention & Development: Nurture existing relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring exceptional representation and career development support.
- Industry Engagement: Stay ahead of industry trends and build relationships with key stakeholders across entertainment, media, and digital platforms.
- Commercial Accountability: Drive revenue growth by securing high-value deals and managing the division’s P&L to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
- Negotiations: Lead high-level contract negotiations for clients, ensuring their interests are protected while maximizing opportunities.
