Right now, we're looking for a motivated and ambitious People & Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
As one of the UK's leading debt finance brokerages, we've already facilitated over £900 million in funding requests through our State-of-the-Art, award winning platform.

Key Responsibilities
1. People and Culture
- Manage the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, posting roles, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Lead onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team and company culture.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by organising team-building activities, planning celebrations (e.g., birthdays, work anniversaries), and coordinating employee recognition initiatives.
- Support professional development and employee well-being by identifying opportunities for growth and maintaining open communication.
2. Office Administration
- Oversee office management, including purchasing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring an efficient and organised workspace.
- Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers to support smooth operations.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and ensure day-to-day operational needs are met effectively.
3. CEO Support
- Assist the CEO with scheduling, calendar management, and preparation for meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO and other team members as required.
- Act as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring alignment and follow-through on priorities.
4. Internal Project Support
- Contribute to the planning and execution of internal projects, collaborating across departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Take on ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support team initiatives and company goals.
- Provide organisational support for company-wide events, process improvements, and other operational needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in operations, HR, or administrative roles.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering collaboration and a positive team atmosphere.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to dynamic and evolving responsibilities.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary of £30k-35k (dependent on experience).
