Zapp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across our Commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in collaborating with hiring managers, developing talent acquisition strategies, leveraging market insights, and enhancing employer branding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for commercial roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
- Utilize data and recruiting metrics to inform hiring decisions and refine strategies.
- Promote diversity and inclusion by proactively engaging underrepresented talent pools.
- Provide interview training and guidance to hiring teams.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding in partnership with HR.
- Identify process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Leverage recruitment technologies such as ATS (Teamtailor) and CRM systems.
- Work with employer branding teams on job advertisements, social media campaigns, and talent engagement initiatives.
- Participate in internal projects related to DEI, recruiter training, and interview panel calibration.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience focusing on commercial roles.
- Proven success in headhunting, sourcing, and engaging passive candidates.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamtailor.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments is advantageous.
