We are partnering with a global, industry-leading professional services firm to find a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with key stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, where you’ll drive HR operations, employee relations, and talent initiatives.
As the HRBP, you will:
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies
- Support senior HR leadership in implementing strategic HR initiatives
- Lead HR operations for your office and deliver best-in-class service
- Oversee internal trainee programs, partnering with department leaders to manage rotations and placements
- Collaborate with the Global Compensation team to ensure fair and equitable compensation reviews
- Foster a positive, inclusive work culture, supporting wellness and diversity initiatives
To be successful in this role you should have strong communication with excellent organizational skills. You should also have:
- Minimum 4+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience managing complex employee relations and providing guidance in a global matrix organization
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft and Kronos experience preferred) and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000/year
