Our client, a rapidly expanding group in the home services sector, is looking for an experienced Head of People to build and lead their HR strategy. Reporting to the CEO, this role will develop HR initiatives that align with business goals, focusing on talent management, cultural development, and scalable growth across multiple locations.
- This role is hybrid and will require 3-4 day a week in office. (offices located in Pheonix AZ, Salt lake City UT, Las Vegas) (relocation available)
- Must have experience with working in Home services industry as well as a root-based workforce
- 8+ years in HR leadership at a PE-backed organization.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.
- Strong M&A Experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
