We're on the hunt for a visionary Talent Acquisition Leader to elevate our global recruitment strategy — could you be the game-changer we're seeking?
We are looking for a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to oversee our recruitment management strategy, focusing on both volume hiring and executive recruitment. This role will be pivotal in shaping our talent acquisition framework, enhancing our employer brand, and optimizing recruitment processes across different markets across the globe.
You will be overseeing the global talent acquisition agenda, and your scope of responsibility will include various areas such as leading the delivery of large-scale niche white-collar and retail hiring initiatives, delivering a diverse global recruitment process and management of executive search vendors.
A key part of the role is ensuring Pandora has an efficient and effective recruitment function. To this end, the individual is expected to create an aligned global organization (drive transformation) with a clear framework (organizational setup) designed to deliver key outcomes that ensure consistent high-quality delivery. The leader will need to set up global governance (metrics) for ensuring this and provide coaching to local teams.
Some of your key accountabilities will be:
- Lead and inspire large, geographically dispersed recruitment teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize recruitment processes using innovative assessment platforms and tools, aligned with the overall Pandora talent framework, to enhance candidate experience, reduce administration for managers, decrease time to hire
- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) metrics implementation, showcasing measurable results.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making and fostering collaboration without hierarchical constraints.
- Partner with the EVP team in Global Communication and ensure local adoption to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead the delivery of large-scale niche white-collar hiring initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage executive recruitment balancing internal executive search and working with a Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL).

To succeed in this role, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels. You have an enterprise mindset and can leverage your experience to work effectively with our Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
In addition to being a thought leader you will have a hands-on approach to effectively manage and deploy multiple projects and training activities that come your way.
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in leading large-scale recruitment teams within a multinational environment.
- Background in a top recruitment agency is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing executive hiring functions and optimizing recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with the latest recruitment technologies and tools.
- Strong track record in implementing DEI initiatives with visible impact.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Your New Team
You will report to the VP, Talent, and be part of the Global Talent Leadership Team. You will be leading a team in Copenhagen and have dotted line reports in selected markets across the globe.

This job is based in Copenhagen. Collaboration is key for us and sharing work location has united us as a team, we therefore expect you to live in Denmark and work in our Copenhagen Office.
