Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated
Employee Engagement Assistant to help drive and support employee engagement initiatives across Inspire Horizons. In this role, you’ll work closely with our operations team, coordinating communications, events, and engagement programs to strengthen our internal culture and connect employees. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and play a key role in creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace.
Compensation
- $21.50–$23.00 per hour, based on skills and experience
Work Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for company events.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Communications Calendar: Maintain a structured calendar for regular employee communications, including newsletters, updates, and event reminders.
- Monthly Engagement Reports: Prepare reports summarizing engagement activities, participation rates, and employee feedback.
- Event Planning and Coordination Documents: Create detailed plans for employee events, including timelines, vendor lists, and budget coordination.
- Internal Branding Materials: Develop and coordinate branded materials for employee programs, such as flyers, digital signage, posters, and event banners.
- Signage Compliance Checklists: Maintain checklists to ensure workplace signage aligns with company branding and communication standards.
- Employee Feedback Summaries: Gather and summarize feedback from engagement activities and surveys to inform improvements.
- New Employee Welcome Kits: Design and assemble welcome kits that create an engaging onboarding experience.
- IT Support Documentation: Assist in creating user-friendly IT guides or FAQs to support employees with technology tools.
- Weekly Activity and Task Reports: Send updates to the operations team, summarizing completed tasks, upcoming priorities, and outstanding issues.
- Employee Engagement Survey Analysis: Compile and analyze survey data, providing summaries with key insights and suggested actions.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR, employee engagement, communications, or administrative support is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content.
- Familiarity with basic design principles; experience with design software is a plus.
- Data analysis skills, with experience in survey data interpretation or reporting a plus.
- Basic knowledge of IT documentation or support processes is beneficial.
- Positive attitude with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
