The Talent Manager is responsible for the employee experience. In charge of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, they drive and oversee projects related to recruitment, talent development, company culture, and employee engagement. They contribute to succession planning, maintain a healthy work atmosphere, and foster a strong sense of belonging within Inditex teams.
Responsible for the People BeLUX team, the Talent Manager reports directly to the HR Director of the subsidiary. They collaborate with HR and business leaders from each brand of the group and regularly liaise with project leaders at the headquarters in Spain.

What You Will Do Every Day:
- People Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Partner with the recruitment team to understand staffing needs and create recruitment plans. Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Lead employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and maintain company culture. Lead recognition and engagement programs to foster employee satisfaction and retention.
- Training & Development:
- Manage career development and training initiatives to support employee growth. Evaluate training needs, including for managers, and ensure appropriate development opportunities are provided.
- Change Management & Internal Communication:
- Support initiatives and projects from different brands in collaboration with local HR teams. Ensure smooth communication across Inditex’s brands and teams.
- People Team Management:
- Lead and manage the People team in the BeLUX region.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Analyze KPIs, assess the effectiveness of the strategy, identify trends, and propose solutions to address challenges.
What Makes You Unique:
- Experience:
- Experience in talent management, HR development, or human resources management, with expertise in Learning & Development. Experience in retail is a plus.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to confidently advise, coach, and develop others.

- Willingness to travel within Belgium and Luxembourg, with occasional international travel.
- Languages:
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French, and English.
