Description:
The (Sr.) Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full recruitment cycle across all areas of the e-Storage business, including development, engineering, project implementation, commissioning, service, finance, and general administration for all entities as needed, with a focus on the EMEA and APAC regions. This role partners with department managers to identify recruitment needs, manage postings, conduct pre-screens and interviews, reference checks, and finalize job offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads to understand specific role requirements, ensuring recruitment aligns with project timelines and business objectives.
- Manage recruitment channels, including job boards, applicant tracking systems (Jobvite), LinkedIn, and external recruiters to build a diverse, qualified candidate pipeline.
- Conduct thorough screening and pre-qualification of candidates; coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers using behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
- Prepare offer letters, negotiate salaries with candidates, and finalize job offers while adhering to hiring policies and company compensation guidelines.
- Oversee hiring requests and approvals in line with e-Storage’s company standards and Code of Business Conduct.
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to coordinate start dates and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Engage in special projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted with the highest ethical standards, in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in a recruitment role, preferably within renewable energy, engineering, or technical recruiting.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment-related regulations, laws, and company policies, with a commitment to maintaining compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with all levels within the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on sensitivity, tact, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems; experience with Jobvite preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of recruitment and documentation.
