We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our Creator Management team and drive impactful strategies for our luxury beauty clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall success of social media campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.
- Develop and implement tailored creator strategies for specific campaigns, while refining success metrics and introducing innovative performance indicators.
- Facilitate training in planning, audience reporting, and the usage of research tools, enhancing the skills of team members.
- Collaborate effectively with the campaign management team and other internal stakeholders to meet diverse client needs.
- Identify and engage with top talent and influencers to maximize return on investment and achieve brand KPIs.
- Utilize data insights to present recommended talent to clients, aligning with campaign goals.
- Manage the vetting process for influencers, ensuring compliance with brand safety and campaign specifications.
- Supervise influencer casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management across various brand campaigns.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, advertising, or influencer marketing.
- Proven expertise in managing and coordinating projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Established network of influencer contacts, managers, and agents.
- Strong writing capabilities with a focus on creating client-facing materials.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury beauty sector and social media landscape.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with experience managing influencer budgets exceeding six figures.
- Proficient in major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with online performance tracking and brand measurement tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to feedback, with a capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
