Oversee and direct the sales of spinal products and services within international markets. Implement sales strategies, and forecast sales volumes for all spinal products and channels. Lead, manage, and direct sales objectives to achieve revenue and profit goals. Design and recommend sales programs, and implement and manage short-term and long-term sales and market strategies. - Discover new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options;
- Identify geographical and industry coverage gaps; analyze and prioritize options; ramp up new territories/new categories following the established process;
- Act as a market-sensing leader that obtains competitive knowledge and relays critical information to other internal departments;
- Prepare financial reports and international strategic sales plans by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information with appropriate KPI's and metrics;
- Prospect new distributors to secure high potential business partners;
- Develop distribution strategies, and implement programs that will increase sales results within the region;
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers within the region, as well as internally within the business, and with all sales channel partners;
- Develop and implement strategies to launch and grow the usage of new spinal products with current surgeon users and distribution network;
- Oversee all hiring, training, and performance reviews for team members in the international regions; establish and continuously (weekly/monthly/quarterly) monitor their performance;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with field representatives in order to establish and achieve sales targets

Requirements
Minimum Requirements{{{{:}}}}
A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Biotechnology, Health Science, or a related field followed by 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in a sales manager-related occupation.
Experience must include the following, which may have been gained concurrently{{{{:}}}}
- 5 years of experience establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with sales and marketing leaders for business development and to maintain sales targets;
- 5 years of experience identifying the developmental needs of subordinates to coach and mentor them on professional knowledge and sales and marketing skills;
- 5 years of experience developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish sales objectives and marketing strategies;
- 5 years of experience establishing long-range sales objectives and specifying the marketing strategies and actions needed to achieve them;
- 5 years of experience analyzing pricing structures and marketing information and evaluating inventory and revenue forecasting results to choose the best solution to create go-to market strategies across multiple clients;
- 5 years of experience identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to implement sales strategies and forecast sales volumes for a multitude of products and product channels;
- 5 years of experience negotiating with public and private hospitals to accomplish strategic sales goals and distribute medical devices in key areas;
- 5 years of experience determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures;
- 5 years of experience showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems;
- 5 years of experience with strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, and production methods
