Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for leading the company’s efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and execute a robust recruitment strategy that aligns with Truecare’s goals and
culture. The Talent Acquisition Director will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, manage a team of recruiters, and work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Duties & Responsibilites
- Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives
- Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility in the job market
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous development
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for the recruitment team
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on recruitment progress and outcomes
- Use data to forecast hiring needs and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner with HR and other departments to promote DEI initiatives within the recruitment process
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Implement and enforce company policies related to recruitment and hiring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Stronlgy Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Experience with DEI initiatives in recruitment is highly desirable

If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
