The Role
As the
HR Manager (People & Culture Manager), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's ambitions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement HR Strategy: Create and roll out a people strategy that supports business needs and drives cultural transformation
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Streamline hiring processes and create a standout candidate experience to attract high-quality talent
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Leverage engagement tools and strategies to create a cohesive and positive work environment

Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience: Strong HR management experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field
- Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to culture-building

Benefits
Working Hours & Benefits
- Salary: £40k / £50k depending on experience.
- Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
