We are looking for a PR & Influence Manager to join our PR Team.
This CDI will take place in Paris (75), in our head office.
In this position, you will report to Christophe, our Exp. & Influence Market Director.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Focus On
- Develop earned media strategies to ensure the Danone brands stay relevant and connected with audiences’ passion points, as part of the overall integrated brand communication process on all global brands.
- Initiate breakthrough earned media activations (high profile events, collaborations, innovative product launches, brand stunts, etc…) that elevate brand positioning.
- Manage global lifestyle ambassadors, collaborations & macro influencers (identification, negotiation, activation & performance measurement).
- Champion the importance of earned media within our organization (guidelines, webinars, playbooks) to elevate our internal capabilities and understanding of PR & Influence’s evolving ecosystem.
Key Deliverables
- Develop integrated communication strategies keeping consumer centricity & relevancy as a North star, generating broad reach & consumer engagement.
- Ensure a robust framework for measuring performance of our cultural, PR & Influence initiatives providing continuous improvement.
- Lead our brands to win in established marketing and communications partners, by developing case study, highlighting our commitment to excellence & creativity.
- Managing the brand PR issues from a global perspective.
Key Metrics (Mission critical performance indicators)
- Earned media value in social and PR.
- Organic PR media coverage, brand buzz, positive sentiment around the brands.
- CBU application of activation.

About you
About You
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.
- 6 years of experience within a brand (Luxury, Lifestyle industry), a media or a communication agency.
- English is a mandate as this is to join the global team.
- Strong expertise in developing PR & Influence strategies, collabs and events for brands in Luxury / Lifestyle industry to help them stay culturally relevant.
- Strong knowledge of the global PR & Influence ecosystem (agency, talents, agents, content creators, media ecosystem, cultural & social media trends…).
- Capacity to interact with and manage multiple stakeholders (agency, agents, key internal stakeholders), projects, and to combine his/her expertise within a broader 360 integrated communication plan.
