Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and drive efforts to source, engage, and hire exceptional talent as we grow. This role will be key in implementing innovative recruiting strategies, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and partnering with department leaders to meet current and future hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
- Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by fostering long-term connections for future opportunities.
- Recruitment Strategy & Full-Cycle Management:
- Design and execute recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and resume screening to interviews, assessments, and managing offers.
- Collaboration with Leadership:
- Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements, tailoring recruiting efforts accordingly.
- Branding & Events:
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent.
- ATS Management & Compliance:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Required:
- Proven experience as a recruiter in light industrial (in-house or agency setting).
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS and HR software.
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Preferred:
- Certifications such as Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or SHRM.
- Experience in diverse hiring initiatives.
- Background in construction or skilled trades recruitment.
