Job Description:
1. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Collaborate with the Payroll Outsourcing Provider to ensure the payroll process & services quality are delivered in high quality & timely manner
- Responsible for annual tax filing, handle tax enquiries and provides advisory and consultative services on payroll and taxation to employees in the Regional Office
- Administer benefits programs such as medical and life insurance, employee compensation, pensions and leave and time off attendance.
- Involve in HR Reporting and annual budgeting preparation for Regional Office, China and India.
- On-going review of operation processes and proactively provide suggestions to achieve operational excellence
2. Mobility Administration
- Oversee and manage the expatriate administration including but not limited to visa application, lease negotiation, schooling, club membership, etc.
- Work with tax consultant on expatriates’ tax filing and ensure tax is complied with the tax rules of and local regulations of that countries.
- Manage relocation vendor relationships and ensure cost effectiveness
3. HRIS Support
- Act as HR Services Partner in overseeing the effective management of the transactions in Workday for Regional Office
- Provide assistance to users, coordinate with HR Services team and act as solution provider on all sorts of Workday enquires
- Support Workday development and enhancement projects, if needed
4. HR Administration and HRBP Support
- Support HRBP to deliver the HR Tool training session for New Joiners
- Prepare and consolidate various HR reports for internal partners and stakeholders
- Maintain employee database and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
- Review, develop and update the HR operation manual, HR policies and guidelines when necessary
- Ensure compliance with employment and related legislations.
- Work collaboratively with HR teammates to ensure effective HR service delivery to the organization
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, as assigned
Preferred skills:
- Hands-on experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Familiar with human resources reporting procedures
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Able to work independently in executing HR tasks or activities
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Workday
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 5+ years’ relevant working experience in C&B, preferably from insurance and banking industries
- Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Well-organized, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
- Strong positive attitude with problem solving skills, hardworking and can work under pressure in fast-paced working environment
- Self-motivated and able to work under a fast pace and dynamic environment
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
