We are seeking a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition to drive the development and execution of strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent in a high-volume environment. This role will focus on optimizing the onboarding process and cultivating a high-performance culture that aligns with the organization’s goals.
What you'll do to make an impact:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates in volume, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage high-volume recruitment efforts across various departments, utilizing effective sourcing, screening, and selection techniques to meet hiring goals.
- Design and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program that ensures new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization, fostering engagement and retention from day one.
- Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a high-performance culture through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to assess and improve the effectiveness of sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, and overall recruitment processes.
- Partner with department heads to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and business objectives.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to build a diverse workforce that reflects the community and promotes innovation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all recruitment and onboarding activities, while promoting best practices in talent acquisition.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and recruitment agencies, to create a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
What will make you stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful talent management strategies
