Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and lead the strategic HR initiatives that drive our business forward.
Job Summary
As the HRBP at DoorLoop, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing guidance on HR practices, employee relations, organizational development, and talent management. You will work closely with key stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent to foster growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions that drive organizational success.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, mediating disputes, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Talent Management: Lead performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee goals.
- Change Management: Provide expertise in managing organizational change, including restructuring, role transitions, and culture initiatives.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with Talent Acquisition to assess future talent needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
- HR Policy Development: Review and refine HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and alignment with DoorLoop’s company culture.
- Learning and Development: Identify and implement training programs that enhance skills, leadership, and development opportunities for employees.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HR data to provide insights into trends and areas of improvement. Report on key metrics related to employee engagement, turnover, and performance.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all HR processes comply with federal, state, and local labor regulations and reduce any legal risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least three years in a HRBP or similar strategic role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the tech or startup sectors.
- Demonstrated success in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
