What The Role Is
As a Senior Manager / Manager, Engagement in the Corporate Communications Division, you will be part of a team that develops, implements and reviews MCCY’s partnership and engagement efforts to build care, cohesion and confidence, strengthens partnerships with our various stakeholders, and supports MCCY divisions and agencies in their partnership and engagement efforts.
What You Will Be Working On
Your key responsibilities include working closely with MCCY HQ divisions and Statutory Boards to:
- Gather the sentiments of stakeholders and partners in relation to MCCY’s narratives and policies
- Develop the MCCY family stakeholder map and the approach for identification, cultivation, profiling and appreciation of stakeholders and partners
- Design, implement and review communications and engagement strategies to strengthen the nexus between policy, communications and engagement for MCCY’s policies and programmes
- Contribute to the development of citizen and stakeholder engagement strategies to promote balanced understanding of MCCY’s narratives and policies
- Track the progress and development of MCCY PE efforts, including MCCY’s PE maturity via PE Blueprint and Evaluation Tool
- Plan, organise and implement stakeholder and partners’ appreciation events
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in partnership and engagement and/or strategic comms and engagement
- Passion for developing opportunities to create value in partnerships and engagement of stakeholders
- Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to work well within and across teams
- High level of initiative and willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes well
